Way recently launched a new mobile service called AirTap. AirTap allows lifestyle travelers on their way to a fun weekend getaway, or an extended tropical vacation, to track their airport shuttle from the palm of their hand as soon as they park near the airport with way.
Initially, Way attempted to capture a new stream of first-time user sentiment data via outbound calling and text messaging in collaboration between Growth Marketing and Customer Success teams. After weeks of outbound outreach, the team was seeing little data coming in.
Way decided to automate mobile outreach with Pyze Growth Automation using targeted custom events to automate engagement actions within the mobile apps. In less than a week, Way was able to display in-app messages to first-time AirTapTM users on both iOS and Android as soon as they finished their first-time experience, instantly. Way was able to test the messaging and imagery to drive conversions to a post-experience survey.
