Pixatel’s mobile app revenue flat-lined and needed a solution to ramp up said revenue across their mobile apps. Since their apps are monetized using advertising and in-app purchases, increasing user retention and engagement was critical for achieving their business goals. Upon further research of existing solutions, Pixatel selected Pyze for their mobile marketing solutions.
Pixatel utilizes funnel analysis to identify users who abandon sessions and engage them to complete their sessions to realize the app’s full potential. They were able to get meaningful insights from each of their applications identifying issues with their app design across their Utility and Education product lines.
Pixatel utilizes Auto Segmentation to create explorations identifying specific sets of users based on subscription levels, usage patterns, and session types so they can create targeted and personalized messages for each user group to improve monetization. With Pyze, Pixatel realized Auto Segmentation allowed any one of their Product Managers or Marketing Analysts to single-handedly set up, execute, and measure campaigns which used to require an entire team of individuals.
